Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. We’re happy to help with a refund or exchange for any reason — whether the item is the wrong size, damaged upon arrival, or you simply changed your mind.

How do I start a return?

We will respond to you within 24-48 hours and provide a dedicated return address. Items are eligible for return only if they are unused — unopened original packaging is highly preferred! Once we receive your returned item, we will immediately process your refund or arrange an exchange for a new product. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days after we receive your item. All refunds are processed to your original payment method: credit card or PayPal. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to show up in your bank account.
For all returns and exchanges, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. This helps us minimize the risk of lost shipments.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs for return shipments. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice to send the item back to us. Tip: You can use your local post office to avoid additional tax charges. For a seamless return experience, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
