SMS/MMS Marketing Program Terms and Conditions ("Program")
We offer a mobile messaging program ("Program"), and you agree to use and participate in the Program in accordance with these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy ("Agreement"). By opting in or participating in any of our Programs, you accept these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to agreeing to resolve disputes with us through binding, individual arbitration, as described in the "Dispute Resolution" section below. This Agreement applies solely to the Program and is not intended to modify any other terms and conditions or privacy policies that may otherwise govern the relationship between you and us.
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by explicitly opting in, such as through online or app-based registration forms. Regardless of the method you use to participate in the Program, you agree that this Agreement will govern your participation in the Program. Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to receive automated or pre-recorded marketing messages at the phone number associated with your registration.
