1. Shipping Policy

We do not rush our process. To ensure the highest vibration, each item undergoes a sacred alignment, cleansing, and hand-consecration ritual before leaving our space.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days (prior to shipping).

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer reliable shipping options to the United States and worldwide:

• Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days | $6.00 USD Flat Rate

• Free Shipping: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $39.00 USD 🎁

• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 7–14 business days

 

⚠️ Important Reminders

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete information.

• 2-Hour Correction Window: If you notice an error, contact us at contact@hvibetune.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the consecration is complete and the parcel is dispatched, we are unable to redirect or change the shipping address.

• Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your talisman begins its journey.

• Restricted Shipping Areas: We currently do not ship to Niue, French Guiana, British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, and the Cayman Islands.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

 

⏱️ 30-Day Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

☑️ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Intangible services (e.g., customized Feng Shui consultations or spatial energy adjustments).

🛑 IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address listed on your shipping label. You must contact us first to receive our designated return address.

 

💰 Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to a change of heart or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• HVIBETUNE Error (Damaged or Wrong Item): If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs. We offer exact-item replacements for damaged or defective goods.

 

🔄 Refund Process

1. Initiate a Return: Email us at contact@hvibetune.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

3. Credit Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
