At Hvibetune, we believe that every talisman is more than just an object—it is a vessel of energy. To ensure you receive the highest vibration, we follow a sacred preparation process:

Selection of Propitious Timing: We do not rush. Each order is handled with deep intention. We carefully select a suitable and auspicious time to perform the sacred blessing and consecration rituals for your specific items.

Hand-Consecrated with Care: This spiritual preparation ensures that your talisman is properly aligned, cleansed, and empowered before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to almost all countries. However, due to current logistics restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following locations:
Niue, French Guiana, British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, and the Cayman Islands.

Shipping Rates

We strive to make our spiritual tools accessible to seekers worldwide:

Standard Shipping: $6.00 USD (Flat Rate).

Orders over $39 : FREE Worldwide Shipping.

Note:
1. “Free shipping for orders over $39 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. For items offered as a "Free Gift," we charge a flat $18.00 USD fee.Please note: This $18 fee covers international insured shipping, specialized protective packaging, and the manual consecration process by our practitioners. This fee is non-deductible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.

Express Shipping Time (DHL): 6-8 Business Days.

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.

Important Reminders

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete information.

Correction Window: If you notice an error, please contact us at contact@hvibetune.com within 2 hours. Once the consecration is complete and the parcel is dispatched, we are unable to redirect or change the shipping address.

How can I track my order?

Once your blessed item begins its journey, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your delivery by clicking the [Track My Order] link in that email.

If the tracking link is not displaying correctly, please visit[Track My Order]  and enter your tracking number manually.

Why is my tracking information not updating yet?

Each HVibeTune piece is handcrafted and consecrated at our Taoist Temple. Once the ritual is complete, the item is handed over to our carriers.

Because of the specialized logistics involved in traveling from our sacred origin to the international shipping hub:

The Transit Gap: It typically takes 3–5 business days for the package to reach the international airport and be scanned into the global tracking system.

Initial Movement: During this initial phase (from the temple to the logistics center), the tracking status may remain "Pending" or show no movement.

Please rest assured that your package is safely on its way. We appreciate your patience during these first few days as the energy makes its journey to you.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

Your peace of mind is our priority. If you have not received your package within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us at contact@hvibetune.com. We will immediately resolve the issue by either:

Resending a newly consecrated item to you at no extra cost.

Providing a full refund of your payment.
